value of community and networking with other farmers and neighbors. With years of experience at Greenfield Farms in financing and marketing, and
as a former board member of Anabaptist Financial, Leon brings deep insight into improving both the quality and productivity of your homestead.

An exciting new addition for 2026 is “In The Pasture”, a live, hands-on area covering 3 acres of grassland!
Throughout the day, you can attend scheduled topics and demonstrations on: Portable fencing, Chicken tractors, Shade wagons, Feed and water wagons, Pasture renovators. We will also be doing a demonstration on butchering chickens out of the chicken tractor.
Whenever possible, these demonstrations will be horse-drawn, offering a glimpse into traditional, low-impact farming methods.
We’ll also feature live animals and walk-through seminars, including sheep herding and live milking demonstrations with (hopefully) a cow, dairy sheep, and goat, using portable milkers.
